Captains have stepped up to the plate with some super offers
for the service men and women who are on leave in the area. |

Fishing charters are limited to a single charter from
only one of the contributors shown below during the 2-week
period. Our captains and guides are able to offer this
benefit by sharing the load among themselves. In many
cases, the contributors have cancelled or rescheduled trips
with paying customers so please let them know if you have to
cancel your scheduled trip.
If you are planning an OOA Fishing Charter, several US

Offshore fishing
trip aboard Ruffinit for our service men or
women on leave, or returning from overseas duty,
along with up to five guests of their choice.
Includes all tackle that is normally supplied on
fishing charter. We'll even throw in a 12"
submarine sandwich and a couple cases of beer
and soda. The mates on the "Ruffinit" are proud
to donate their time for the soldiers on our
free trips. They always work hard to make the
trip a success. |

provide a 4 hour fishing or sightseeing
charter for military personnel deemed
eligible by the Operation Open Arms criteria.
Captain Jim Wheeler is the contact point.
Captain Wheeler fishes the backwaters between
Naples Bay and Marco Island including near
coastal (less than 5 miles off shore). Pick up
is at Port O Call located on US 41 between the
Gordon River bridges in downtown Naples. At the
present time, charters are limited to 3 persons
per trip. Fishing trips will be conducted on a
17' Key West Stealth Flats Boat. (Our 24 ft
Morgan Center Console boat is currently in

targeting snook, redfish, and trout.
